We discussed the options of choosing teams, and captains. It was decided that the captains would be decided by nominations. Nominations will be closed Sunday evening when Dreadkin gets ready for bed. The captains that were nominated will receive a messaged within the site asking them if they choose to accept the nomination. Once our captains are chosen, a public announcement will be made on the site. You can nominate captains here(nomination form), please only nominate once. If you nominate more than one time, I can see, and will throw out all forms after your first.

Captain Roles include: Scheduling practices, setting up strategies, work on team communication, communicate with Koji and Dreadkin on any issues with the team, not be afraid to give constructive criticism, schedule matches, and be deticated to the clan, and help keep the site going.

Captains will then make selections for their teams. Current teams that are already created may stick together if there are no disagreements to this, even then, Koji or Dreadkin will make the final call. All members that want to play competitively needs to make sure we (-=ToG=-) knows this. There is a post located here(forum link). By posting at that link, you are making sure we know you are interested.

Once teams have been selected, teams will be created on Gamebattles.com, and team creation will be completed there. Once this is done, your team can start deciding what to do, whether that be jump right into a match, or maybe practice a few times, then hitting the ladders.

Each team will have their own Game Battles Team and their own forum on the -=ToG=- site for scheduling, and team strategies.


We are also asking members who excel with a specific champion to come to our forums and share your knowledge with the rest of the clan. Selfishly holding knowledge without sharing with your team mates will only slow us down.
